Siris Hill is a digital artist whose work is brought to life through lightboxes which illuminate his original works from behind mimicking the glow from a monitor screen and thus representing the work as it is supposed to be seen.
The video on the right documents the creation of the work. From the initial painting to the finished original pieces. The work featured is titled ‘Ashes’ which is now sold, but all work offered here will be created in the same way and used in a similar lightbox that you see here.
Once the works are painted digitally. They are then printed onto an acrylic panel. This is then housed in a box frame with an LED panel sitting behind the acrylic panel.
Frame specs: 25mm face dimension, 55mm depth, black matt molding.
